The introduction paragraph is a crucial part of any essay. It introduces the topic or question that your essay will examine and explains your viewpoint on it.

Upgrade components

Upgrade components are items that can be put into armor, weapons trinkets and gathering tools to give a bonus or extra effect while the equipment is being utilized. They can be purchased from players or vendors looted, or gotten as rewards, or made using crafting materials. Upgrade items can be cosmetic effects, in addition to giving bonus attributes.

Infusions, inscriptions, and enhancements are types of upgrade components. They are not generally available for general use, and can only be applied to ascending equipment or certain non-ascended weapons from the Factions campaign. Infusions can be recovered, inscriptions and enrichments from equipment by using an Infusion Extractor Device, or by salvaging with the Black Lion Salvage Kit, or Ascended Salvage Tool.

In contrast to other upgrade items, Phoenix Boxes can be traded while attached to the item they are upgrading, and they can be re-used after being salvaged. These upgrade items can be used to improve the quality of armor and weapons, without spending Dilithium. They can double the chances that the item will receive a high-quality upgrade.

A component that is upgraded in an item may be replaced with another however, it will destroy the original (except for upgrades to ascended equipment and legendaries). Upgrade components can only be added to upgraded items that have an identification level of zero or greater. The addition of an upgrade to a weapon that is already equipped with a prefix or suffix upgrade will display the name of the new item as it would appear in game (for instance adding an Radiant Insignia to Canthan Armor will cause it to be named Canthan Armor of Minor Vigor). A player can own up to three upgrade items at any one time.

Glyphs

Glyphs can be a valuable accessory to any item since they provide many unique advantages and boosts. Some Glyphs increase the number of affixes that an item has, thereby increasing its power. These glyphs are available through dungeons, and some even drop in certain World Tier 3 areas. It is important to keep in mind that glyphs are only available to characters who have created a root-dungeon of the same level of depth.

To make use of a Glyph you must first create it using components, and then connect them using anchors. The component will then automatically align with other components or paths within the same layer. If you don't want to create the glyph with components, you can use an array of anchors and paths. Then, drag the element near the highlighted component to lock it in place.

Some glyphs have conditions to fulfill, for example having 25 Dexterity or more in a specific region on the Paragon Board. Some glyphs require a specific number of Primary Stat Nodes to be activated, which could also be difficult to achieve. Some glyphs have a radius, which increases as you move up.

Glyphs can be found on various items, and can be added to all weapons except for weapons belonging to a particular class. Certain glyphs have conditional requirements for instance, having a certain number of damage from Dexterity or Attack in a specific location on the Paragon board.

The Defend Glyph boosts the probability of preventing enemy attacks by 5%. It also has a 15% chance to make the Hero vulnerable for 2 turns.

Some glyphs can also be applied to restricted tools, such as the Black Lion Chest and Trading Post. These glyphs can be counted towards the Combat Mechanic achievement.

The most commonly used glyphs are the attack glyphs, which increase the ATK substats of Artifacts by a flat amount. They are especially useful for ranged classes such as Warriors and Rogues. Other glyphs include the Exploit Glyph, which makes enemies who strike the Hero vulnerable to being damaged.

Reroll tokens

Reroll tokens can be used for rerolling results that are rolled during an Action. They are discarded after the reroll has occurred. Reroll tokens can be gained in several ways, including through the dungeons, raids, and skirmishes. They can also be purchased at the shop, or from other players. They are particularly useful in dungeons and trials because they let players play a reroll of rewards from the end chest.

The values for recycling points are provided for items that are at level 1. The upgrade gauge will increase by a certain number of points each time you recycle an item. This number will increase according to the item's level and rarity. In addition the upgraded item won't keep its level when it is rerolled and the cost for recycling an upgraded item increases depending on its level.

The player can also use reroll tokens to reroll an item. However it won't bring back the item's original stats or levels. This is useful for those who wish to reroll an item that they don't love but still would like to keep it in their collection.

Three kinds of upgrade coins are available in the game - Reroll, randomly generated and upgrade. Each type comes with several subtypes. For instance, tokens that reroll are available in three levels: rare, enhanced and legendary.  gear improvement  requires an item from the level of its respective to make the new item with that quality.

To make use of rerolling tokens choose "Reroll Token" by right-clicking the Satanic or Angelic items in your inventory. Then, select a kind of token. The tokens available include Item, Weapon, Misc, 1hgun, 2hgun and Focus. Using an Item token will create an entirely new Item of any kind. A Weapon or Misc token can create a new weapon belonging to the same faction.

There is also a possibility that the item will be upgraded to a different item that has more level and same extra stats. This could happen when the item is placed in the Pool that is not droppable or has been transferred to it as part of an Franchise Card.
